We are pleased to present a brand new, exciting project. For years, we have been working successfully on the main island of Mahé, Seychelles. The neighbouring island of La Digue is completely under-served in the area of diabetes screening and control. Therefore, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, we have decided to install a ophthalmological examination unit in a new medical building and to train the local staff so that the health of the population, thanks to Teaching Eye Surgery, takes another step towards a better quality of life.
