T.E.S.Foundation, Professor Cyrus Tabatabay, Travelled to Seychelles during early November 2022 to discuss and coordinate the plan of modernisation of the operating theatre room of Victoria hospital ophthalmologic department. It was also question about creating a new access ramp to the ophthalmologic floor of the yellow building as today, only two to tree level of stairs give access.
The meetings with the government, hospital representatives and engineers was successful, giving hope that building works could start in 2023.
